As a lifelong activist, I am dedicated to working towards a future of collective liberation.

Experience
I’ve spent my life working alongside survivors of gender-based violence and systemic oppression. My path has included roles in higher education, non-profit leadership, and consulting with federal, state, private, and grassroots organizations. Across every setting, I’ve stayed grounded in collective liberation, care, and justice.
Though I trained and worked as a therapist in the past, I stepped away from the licensure track to focus on parenting. I now feel called back to the work of therapy with renewed clarity and heightened skills. The past 15 years have deepened my ability to support trans and queer adults through trauma, caregiving challenges, grief, spiritual betrayal, activist burnout, and structural harm.
My vision
I aim to provide accountable, meaningful therapy rooted in the values I live by: collective liberation, community care, anti-Zionism, anti-fascism, and anti-racism.
How do I stay true to these values when the clinical system and capitalism stand in opposition to them?
This is something I’m constantly working through. I live with the tension between my values and the realities of licensed, paid work under capitalism. I need to survive—and I also want my work to reflect the world I’m trying to help build. I navigate this by staying in conversation, questioning how I show up, and adjusting when needed. I participate in community care, mutual aid, growing food, tool and time banking, and “buy nothing” groups as ways to reduce reliance on extractive systems. I remain open to feedback, correction, and change, committed to evolving within this contradiction.
This practice is for those who want a therapist who shares their political commitments and understands the toll of surviving oppressive systems. I believe therapy can be a site of healing and transformation. I offer space for grief, anger, complexity, and joy. My hope is to co-create relationships that are liberatory, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
I hold an MSW from the University of Washington, a BA from Bard College, and have studied advanced linguistics at SOAS, University of London.
